I hadn’t been to Downtown Fullerton since before the pandemic, and Lagos was a really nice surprise. The space is big, modern, and upscale with a great atmosphere, perfect for birthdays, dinner with friends, or even just stopping in for drinks. The cocktails were excellent and honestly reason enough to come back. The ceviche was the standout dish for me, fresh, flavorful, and perfect with their house-made tortilla chips and salsas. The guacamole was good, though next time I’d probably skip it since the portion I thought there would be a lot more chicharron. The chicken mole with rice and beans was actually very good, rich and satisfying. My brother had the steak tacos and enjoyed them as well. What I like most about Lagos is that it sort of fills a gap in the area: it’s a moderate to higher-end option for Mexican food in Fullerton, without needing to drive out to Brea or elsewhere. Prices are moderate, the vibe is lively, and the service was solid. Definitely a strong choice if you’re looking for good food and an elevated atmosphere in Downtown Fullerton.

This is one of Orange County's most stunning Mexican restaurants. The vibe is sexy, intimate, with a full bar that looks straight out of a club, and a giant illuminated tree in the middle of their main dining room. Had to go for their mimosa flight, which they call the Sunday Funday, for brunch, and they also have so many other flights like margarita and michelada flights. And they make their own salsas that go with the chips in-house! This was my first time having pozole verde with the green chile, and it hit the spot. The steak chilaquiles were incredible as well. But what I absolutely adored were the build-your-own birria tacos. If you're not feeling traditional dishes, they've also got your brunchy classics like stuffed French toast and fresh-made waffles. I had an amazing experience we came for dinner on Mother's day.From the moment we walked in, the warm and vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a great meal. The decor is colorful and inviting, with authentic touches that give it a cozy yet festive feel. The service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and fast. Our server made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed without being overbearing. As for the food — absolutely delicious! Every dish was packed with flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The Mar y Tierra which was lobster and filet mignon perfectly seasoned, The Pescado Blanco Ceviche was incredibly fresh. We also got Camarones a la diabla and lobster Mac n cheese. The margarita flight hit the spot. You can really taste the love and tradition in each bite. We also had Chocolate Caramel Mousse Cake because the strawberry tres leches sold out but I was so delicious. They also had some entertainment that night which topped the evening. This is definitely one of the best Mexican dining experiences I've had in a long time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

We had a reservation and they took us in right away. Food tasted good. The atmosphere was amazing. The service was good. They were busy on a Friday night so a little delay in service but was still good. There was parking right in the front of the restaurant and there is a parking structure on the next street over.

First time here for date night. It was beautiful inside with the decor, and the vibe was very welcoming. The staff is friendly and on point with service. The food was worth the price, and the portions are perfect. I definitely recommend their brussle sprouts with pork belly as an appetizer very tasty. I had the prime rib medium rare, and it was beyond amazing. Their micheladas are so good, along with their margaritas. The fillet mignon on point! I will be back to try more of their delicious food and drinks. Thank you, Lagos Mexican Cuisine, for the experience!!!

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in,the service was warm and welcoming. A big thank you to the chef for the delicious food, every dish was fool of flavor and beautifully presented . the bar tender also deserves praise for the amazing drinks, perfectly mixed and served with a smile. And I really want to thank the waiter and the entire team for being so friendly, attentive and professional throughout the evening . You all made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food, excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere., I'll definitely be coming back...thank you and you guys are awesome..and I'll give it a 10/10 on my list..
